On December 1, 2008, Spring Grove Borough Council passed Ordinance 2-2008 adopting the International Property Maintenance Code and Ordinance 3-2008 which established the Rental Housing Maintenance and Housing Occupancy Ordinance.

These ordinances were prepared and enacted with the goal of promoting greater compliance with health and safety standards in ALL structures located within Spring Grove Borough.
